The winemaking is all about maximising fresh fruit flavours and crisp acidity. We pick in the cool of the night and then treat the fruit as gently as possible to minimise any harsh phenolic extraction.

Riesling is the ideal wine for Australia’s stunning seafood. It will be perfect with anything from Char grilled chili squid to Moroccan-spiced prawns.
